Melanin (MCH) tells your hair/eye/skin colour
Testosterone (prenatal to puberty) makes you a man; impact already got discussed here (FWHR,Bone structure, muscle insertion, dick size, hair growth, dimorphism, height, muscle insertion ...)
Dopamine: healthy dopamine receptors and production replace Ritalin, hence, ambitious and hard-working, also euphoria

first 3 weeks in womb, you dont have any gender, that is why men have nipples. It starts from that point. In further developement it gets decided if you become boy or girl.
Problem is, if you "inject" testosterone into mother/womb (you actually use Libigel for that), but the fetus turns out to be a girl, the testosterone exposure could lead to developement of a penis and masculine attributes. If given birth, the kid will not develope it further.

So, a healthy mother is needed, "injecting" is pretty risky, if you are nto sure if it is a boy (and even then, it is still risky)
When a woman is pregnant, the body tries to up-keep hormones, they even produce 10x natural testosterone.

(Now comes a more Aspie theory:) High E foids usually have much hormones, thus the high libido, but they mostly seek high T men, so, it is a circle for subhumans mostly

+ much healthy hormones and high T promote forward growth

Mostly nonsense and illogical lines of thinking, but no one and nothing on here engages me enough to care to explain exactly why; get into an argument mostly based on your inability to understand or refusal to accept the definiton some word from 8th grade or smthng; and conclude by having someone simply stop responding, leaving everyone slightly annoyed but no better versed in whatever useless topic. It's 100% genetics, keep chewing gum with your subhuman jaws and putting your tongue on the roof of your palate while chad mouthbreathes and only eats cereal. Good night.

i'd say genetics over hormones but hormones are technically genetic so...

it's mostly genetic fitness

masculinity correlates only slightly with attractiveness (and that's mostly because certain things that are considered high genetic quality are impacted by androgen hormones ie the placement of cheekbones - high set cheekbones)

things like a protruded maxilla, face width, full under eye support, are all, more or less, genetic

there are a bunch of studies I couldn't be arsed to link here kek
