I have seen lot of people suggest different indicators of high or low t however I think from everything I have seen hornyness is the best indicator.
The time in my life I was the healthiest, good food, lean, exercise, sunlight, ets… was also the hornyest. Literally would fuck Lizzo I felt like an animal and was like constantly rock hard 24/7 ever just like walking around at work, even little thoughts in my head would make my dick throb (no homo). Most ever in my life even more Thr peak puberty at like 16.
While rn I am getting less sleep and not as healthy no sun. I barely look at women and don’t feel like jerking off or sex besides from boredom or depression, brutal. Even thought I prolly still have decent test cuz I’m 19 and still somewhat healthy and athletic.
Even back then when I was super high T I was intermittent fasting and super lean with like ab veins but I still had insane labido and indicators of testosterone
Sun exposure 9-10 hours sleep (good sleep) didn’t eat in morning just dinner had lot of eggs and good food exercise but not overtraining

Still my thesis is that if your not constantly horny you are low T need to healthmax
