Horrible eye area

(Softmax)How can i improve my eye area and grow my brow ridge? Because some people told me to do eyelid pulling but i dont think thats gonna work. I have a lot of fat on my face and thats making my eyes look droopy. I dont know why I have eyebags my infra orbitals are pretty high set. Should i just curl my eyelashes to fraud my uee? Please tell me and recommend something.

ya just jewmaxx and try to get those asap you can do softmaxxes like minoxidil on eyebrows but those will add like 0.05 psl
