About 1200-1500 calories a whole bag. I’ll drink unsweetened tea as well. I think this is the new method for weight loss. You indulge into your cravings but still lose weight. Only side effects- bad diet? and probably vomit while walking everyday. What about my gut health? I want to shit good at least one time in my lifetime.
