SO basically, in the show you have two sides. One would be team black, one would be team green

TEAM black is essentially the girl power side of the show. As the protagonist of the show, Rhaenyra is the "heir" to the Iron Throne.
But the problem is, it's traditional for the first born son of the king to take the throne, because it's law by that universe's standards.

Now what's interesting is, is seeing the viewers take on the character, because the rhaenyra girl is obviously not qualified to be a ruler in any sense. She commits incest, cucks her husband with bastard children and gets away with everything because her father is a cuck and scared of her. Despite of her qualities, 90% of the viewers are on her side. I wonder why?

On one hand, Alicent is a well behaved girl who always did what was expected of her and followed the rules. Meanwhile Rhaenyra is a chaotic slut who does whatever the fuck she wants and gets away with everything. Alicent even believed Rhaenyra and defended her in the beginning. She is a pure and loyal soul, maybe even to a fault. It's obviously frustrating for Alicent to see Rhaenyra never suffer any consequences for her actions. I've liked Alicent since the beginning of the show. Now she's smarter and more realistic, but she still has loyalty. For example, she was the only one who cared about the late king's wishes after his death.


Now onto Rhaenyra's side:

The incest part was fine, that's the Targaryen tradition, the problem is that she wasn't married to Daemon. I don't blame her for going out at night but she should've drawn the line when Daemon took her to the pleasure house. She was way too stupid for someone at her position especially at 18 years old. She knows no limits because her father is weak and never taught her that actions have consequences. She could've chosen Daemon as her husband if she wanted him. Her father would've let her pick whomever she wanted. She could've married Ser Criston, Harwin Strong, Daemon.... She was given so much freedom of choice and still decided to fuck it all up. Up until that moment, it's all her fault.

But then, she was forced to marry a faggot and there was nothing she could even do to make it right. He was literally unable to impregnate her despite them trying. She would either grow old without heirs or make bastards. The faggot had already killed the Velaryon line anyway, whomever he married, he was bound to screw it up.

Rhaenyra to me doesn't seem like the person that would just idly stand back and let Daemon do the work. Even when they were almost about to have sex in the brothel, she was becoming dominant which rubbed Daemon the wrong way. She also feels like when she becomes queen that she can "change the societal hierarchy" I don't think her plans have changed at all in 20 years.

Me personally I'm not a fan of Daemon. I hated that plot armor scene where he was running through a volley of arrows in the stepstones and killed the deformed handicapped crabfeeder. Then he executed vaemond when his back was turned with his magical steel sword. He'd make an okay king, but Aemond to me is simply better.
