How the fuck do people buy houses?
The prices are increasing everyday, plus this gay rus-ukr war is contributing to the migration process which further increases house prices.
It seems that most people are forced to takeout lifelong credits, 20-25y just to have some walls and roof lol.
It is over if you are not moneymaxxed to the sky already, or have inherited a big house from parents. Over for noninherintcels. which is already difficult on its own.
Then they wonder, why young people can't create families anymore.

Honestly I have thought about possible paths for a long time and that is the only good option that there is, you either have to wageslave in highpaying jobs, using university networks, internships, office politics, waiting for promotion for years and shit, or you could start a business, but what business are you starting? that is the biggest question. You need to sell a product or a service, and it has to be better than the competitors or entirely new one. The best option seems to be learning programming and then creating some kind of product, which will not have a cost for replication.

I have never said that this is the only reason, there are many more reasons that is known to us of course, but after overcoming every objection you have, not having a house/apartment is still a huge problem.

There are people who have lots of kids and still live in their parents house while there are couples with big houses who are not planning on having kids.
