How can one Calculate their Body Fat? Is it BMI?

I calculated mine

I am 16M 5'7'' 62 kg(gained weight in last 3 months)

Found mY BMI as 21.5(Normal)

Heard somewhere that Body Fat should be like 10% to actually See How My Face Really Looks like..........yk Lean Face, Jawline and all that shit

Dexa tells you how much body fat, how much lean tissue and how much bone density you have. Lots of cities have dexa scan centers to measure body fat percentage and it cost like 70 to 150$. That’s the most accurate way.
You can also get a water tank dunk test or bioimpedence methods cheaper but they are not as accurate. Getting below 15% is good, going below 8% is not recommended.
