How 2 workout at home no equipment

How? Any1 know good website or youtube vid/playlist showing u best way to excersise n work out at home (no equipment)

Google calisthenics

Zero equipment:
CHEST: pushups
ABS: planks and abs scissors
LATS: lananne pushups
TRICEPS: flor extension, tricep extension on a horizontal object
SHOULDERS: handstand pushups
LEGS: squats, pistol squats

With a pullup bar:
LATS: pull ups
ABS: leg raise
CHEST: muscle up (the final movement)

With one dumbell and one bench:
CHEST: one hand dumbell bench press
BICEPS: any kind of biceps curl
TRICEPS: any kind of tricep extension
SHOULDERS: one hand dumbell shoulder press

A day:
  • 3 x 20 Plyometric push up
  • 3 x 6 Dumbbell bench press
  • 3 x 10 Wide grip push ups
  • 3 x 10 close grip push ups
B day:
  • 3 x 6 barbell bench press
  • 3 x 6 dropping push ups
  • 3 x 10 one arm press ups (5 on each side)
  • 3 x 5 handstand press ups

There's an app called Exerprise that you can get that gives you random workouts based on your available equipment, desired muscle groups, and I've been using it and it's pretty good.

Crunches
Bicycle kicks
V ups
Squats
Running
