Just look at this. The orbitial vector is insane and this in one year after so most the swlling should be gone. Although it still looks like she has a underbite

Truth be told, you can't just say "wow, look how much they improved her face! They can replicate that on me!" as these are deformities that require the surgery for medical reasons. Most incels don't have literal deformities, they have a number of smaller failos.

She does seem to have a bit of an underbite still but wow... they did improve her life A LOT. Also keep in mind that a MTB gets treated waaaaaaaayy better than a MTN, so the blackpill of being made fun of to being worshipped by simps must've hit her like a truck
