How actually likely is it that a woman would complain about me?

Based on my face and the way it looks, what are the odds that if I get s job, a female co-worker or customer will be made sufficiently uncomfortable by my face enough to actually do something to try and get me removed?

Id like to get at least some kind of job at some point, but I'm just too worried about women getting creeped out by my face and complaining
