What exactly are you hoping for? Plastic surgeons can do alot of crazy shit nowadays. But changing your entire face, instead of fixing a few flaws, just screams mental illness and in reality you probably can't afford to pay for any surgery anyway.

Also, there's no surgery for shitty genetics (except for maybe Crispr lol). You'll most likely pass on all those failios and make your kid go through the same suffering. If your face is severely retarded looking, get whatever surgeries you need, but please let evolution take its course and don't reproduce. Natural beauty and good genetics will become even more valuable in the future. And when everyone on earth is tall and handsome, there will be some other game to compete in. That's all humans want; to stand out from the masses and be admired.
