My schedule:

Wake up after 2-3 hours of sleep (6:30 AM)

Get dressed

Get in car and drive to school

Nap for 15-20 mins

Drink a 6 hour energy drink when waking up

Go to school (8 hours)

Get home

Rot on .org or game for the rest of the day

Sleep at 3-4 AM

Repeat

2-3 hours of sleep if iam doing that for 3 days plus iam starting to get hallucinations

Long term it does not sound good. You need yo get it fixed. Most of the population sleeps really poorly because of lifestyle and neurochemical dependance to screens.

if you cant fall asleep earlier i would skip school unironically and get good rest atleast half of the week
