I feel like ive been in a calorie deficit for the past 2 years barely ever eating and ive maintained the same weight. I practically live off of energy drinks vape and 1000 or so calories per day. Im also active 5 days of the week so Im burning calories, help me understand

I was also like that not sleeping and not eating enough, barely drinking water.

For 7 months I didn't feel anything but one day I suddenly got a really high fever and got rushed to the hospital, they said my blood platelets was horribly low lol
