I believe this is an often overlooked aspect of lm. A lot of ppl especially those who are new to it, myself included—want the answers handed to us without putting in the necessary effort to understand the underlying concepts which is very important. I think its important to develop a solid understanding of one’s own body, since different aspects of physical structure are interconnected and can influence overall appearance. For example, posture and skeletal alignment may play a role in how features are perceived.

With that in mind, I want to learn how to properly study these topics. What should I study first and what resources or websites would yall recommended as a starting point? I want to study before I go injecting shit randomly.

Obviously I dont expect to go from aa ltn to a chad since i'm already 17 but any help would be appreciated.

Start looking at your own flaws and look up why they are here and how to fix them if possible. While looking up your flaws you’re gonna see words or concepts that you may not understand look it up that’s how I started

I mean obviously I dont need to obsess over every bone, but ignoring important shit is like if I try to make a slanted building look good by painting it rather than fixing the frame.
