How are cunts expanding their lower arch with MSE

Cunts are saying that when you get MSE, you need to expand your lower jaw somehow, however why don't you just expand your lower arch instead and use something like invisalign to made your lower bite wider? Can't this be done or nah?

Unless youre young, no. In young guys the lower jaw will follow

In most cases, yes, invisalign is enough to bring the upper and lower teeth back together after MSE expansion. However, if you started with a narrow mandible and/or if you expanded the maxilla a lot, or if you get asymmetric expansion, some cases require more invasive treatment of the mandible like SFOT or IMDO.
