That's if the glabella inplant is included,but supraorbital implant goes trough the eyelid.

This is something i noticed that pagnoni doesn't like, he doesn't like to suggest people glabella since it uses coronal incision and leaves big scar behind.

Every design is different though, this is eppley's design wich comes with lateral orbital implant,bad design in my opinion since it can affect your eye vision, a design like this is much safer, it's taken from the same guy you put his pic.

Yes, it is risky for nerves in the region but also leaves a scar behind.

Since he doesn't use peek (and if he does he charges a lot since i asked him about it) and silicone, it can erode the bone around (i don't think it would be as much as chin since less force from muscles, but it is still there), depends on how deficient you actually are at the end, but lateral orbital implant is useless and riskier.
