So my Thyroid hormones are all in the norm, however, the norm means nothing to me since 300 is the norm for Testosterone and thats not good

TSH - 1.32 mlU/l
T3 - 5pmol/l
T4 - 19.53pmol/l

what are the most optimal values for an 18 year old? Is it good? What do good/bad thyroid hormone values do?

Also my testosterone results came as 532 ng/dL so that is not good at all, im gonna try to increase it naturally, and do blood test in one month to see how it goes

My Goal is Bone Growth in face (maxilla, zygos, chin), i dont know if its possible but i will try to achieve it so i need to know if my hormones are aight

You're fine thyroid-wise.

The normal ranges for TSH are not quite true. They are based on your location's average TSH values for healthy euthyroid patients. This would include all age ranges from a baby to old men. Anything below 2-2.5 mIU/L is okay though.
