Title. As a former fatcel(still kinda am) This is just fascinating for me. How do you people mange to eat so little. Don't you get hunger pangs, don't you feel weak, low energy. Feel like killing yourself etc. Maybe on retatrutide I'll be able to do it but under 1000 calories seems extreme to me tbh.

I literally just don't eat. I live off of biscuits, tea, and tuna. I don't want more nor do I need more. This suffices.

You drink lots of water and zero calories drinks (you will feel tired and less energetic tho and depressed)

Very easy for me

I just don’t enjoy eating, it’s annoying as fuck to me. I’m pretty picky, tons of times I just don’t feel like eating most shit. There’s also a bunch of prep that goes in. Preparing it, making it, then also cleaning everything up. Shits a task. I don’t even care about the hunger pain, I just ignore it for hours until it gets too unbearable

I just spam nicotine and I'm able to eat around 1k cals, its hard but seeing models with insane angularity gives me motivation

i can easily shove 10k down my gullet on nothing. Did 4k cals no problem on 8mg Reta. When I initially started Cagrilintide apatite got nuked to shit, 1200 no problem. I feel 0 hunger on Reta + Cag. I can eat as much or as little as I wish.

Not that hard until your lean cause then you start suffering from hormonal problems, when I’m lean I usually have to eat way more compared to when I’m like 20lbs heavier

Do you lift? How are you able to lift on tea, biscuits? Don't you feel weak when you lift the bar?
I used to be a gymcel for years and because I ate so little, I quite literally never put on muscle (or at least very minimal) and got stronger via neural adaptations only. I never felt weak lifting the bar, no. I only felt a sort of systemic fatigue when I would exhaust my body with heavy compounds quite often.

I don't do diet soda because it's nasty as fuck I just nicotine and caffeine.
I still cheat day 2000cal McDonald's and beer/vodka on my day off to keep cravings down through the week.
You have to want to be skinny idk how else to put it

Skipping meals helps usually, especially omad, tbh have no idea why you would need to eat this much unless you are a 5 foot tall woman, if you walk an hour a day you can be in a huge deficit at 1500 calories But I can break it down for you on a non omad day:

Breakfast: 2 slices turkey, 1 eggs, 100 grams potatoes fried in spray oil, cabbage salad or some veggie of your choice approximately ~250 calories

Lunch: 100 grams fries air fried, 100 grams light breaded chicken nuggets or unbreaded breast nuggets fried, sugar free Polynesian sauce, bowl of lightly cheesed steamed and seasoned broccoli, approximately ~300 calories

Dinner: lean ground beef tacos with an oz of cheese. Pad it with lettuce, peppers, and onions to get more volume. You can easily keep this around 400 calories using carb friendly tortillas (120 calories for 3) so you could have around 4 or 5 tacos easy.

You could also throw in a low calorie pint of ice cream as dessert something like halo, nicks, or ideally make your own with a ninja creami. 300 calories

Boom 900-1200 calories and a full day of eating goyslop and no yoga mom food. Any doubters @ me and I will break it down ingredient by ingredient

Nuking your metabolism is a bro science myth. If you have a 500 calorie deficit it won't be any faster on or off reta. Reta simply increases your energy expenditure and makes you want to eat less, making your deficit bigger. Low IQ ASF

Metabolisms fluctuate at max 10% depending on a massive variety of factors, a 200 calorie metabolism fluctuation is not "nuking" your metabolism, and that's not even something that happens from a large deficit alone. Losing water weight at a deficit?? What??????????? This is so hopelessly retarded. If you are in a deficit you will lose a portion of both fat and muscle no matter what you do. Depending on the amount of protein you eat, the amount of strength training you do, and to a smaller degree depending on the size of the deficit, these proportions will shift. Unless you are a body builder, you will always be losing more fat than muscle though. And you don't lose water weight from a deficit you fucking moron. That's not energy. It's very obvious you have no idea what you are talking about. Now with the reta thing, the reason what you said is so retarded is because a 500 calorie deficit is a 500 calorie deficit regardless if you are on stims or not. Reta INCREASES your deficit, so if you were on a 500 calorie deficit before you will be on a larger deficit after. But reta doesn't make you lose more weight on the same deficit, that makes no sense whatsoever.
