A large frame gives you that. A big broad head on a broad thick boned frame just moggs. Someone like that can be "skinny" never work out and still mog a maxxed out framecel gymcel.

You need to measure your biacromial breadth. Then compare it to antropometric data online to see where you really stand. You most likley dont have a lot of muscle at 19 yo. But biacromial breadth does not lie.
