How are you supposed to develop a proper routine when the Ocean of looksmaxxing information contradicts itself at every turn

Some examples of things that people have RADICALLY opposing views on:
Hgh, Carbs, Carnivore, Vegetables, Sun exposure, Gym, Orthodontics, No-Fap, Supplements

and there's like a trillion stupid fucking products/activities that yield 'muh results' mixed into it all

how am i supposed to know if something actually works without just trying it for 3+ months myself? Am i just too stupid to separate the garbage from the 'real shit'?

None of those are looksmaximng, just pure cope

Other than surgeries the only things making a difference are things to you hair, skin, being lean, thick neck and dark eyebrows if you don't have them
Roids make a difference but are male gaze and age your face

Carnivore, Vegetables, Sun exposure
Those aren't looksmaxxing and they're absolutely insignificant. Do you expect to shrivel up and die as soon as the sunlight touches your skin?

Does fuck all

Why do you think people go to the gym

HGH, Supplements
For gym

It's not complicated at all, you just have to search. It's all right here

The info is here, correct. But the info is also contradictory and confusing to new users as a result. The BOTB section should be a bible for backed up and verified information, but is instead a cesspool of misinformation. Can't really blame people for being confused initially

But all of these softmax-able categories have their own rabbit hole, some people say to take accutane and other people say accutane has a horrible list of unknown side effects and that you should go on a certain diet instead

there's a huge sphere of people who say getting sun 24/7 is important and you should be getting sun with 0 sunscreen even if it's mineral, some say to take a huge topical stack for your face

Hmm

The worst botb threads I've seen aren't even looksmaxxing related. And shit like minoxidl dermastamp aqualyx accutane tretinoin is common knowledge and you don't really need detailed botb threads for that unless you're doing diy fat dissolver

If it's real accutane and not rat piss then you're not gonna have any horrible side effects

As I said this is insignificant stuff but I'm sure with enough research you can figure it out but yeah you'll have to sort out the misinformation

Some people say HGH is cope if you take it too late, some people say hop on rn11!1! even though im already 18, some people say it will advance your physique but it has xyz health sides

For gym there are people who say it ages you fast, inhibits your natural HGH due to cortisol, say it's great but do low intensity high volume, say it's great but you have to do 6-8 rep FAILURE11!!

every message i read here comes with implications of confidence, and i'd love to be able to develop a proper routine with confidence like that. I have no problems with money or discipline, i am just lost.

Gear is the most complicated part but if you're really lost just stay natty lol

I don't even go to the gym so I guess I dodged a bullet :lul:

Now that I look back at the section, I believe they've removed many of the cancerous threads in there, if i'm not mistaken I recall seeing 'DHT-maxxing' and 'puberty maxxing' threads in there not so long ago.

Aqualyx is a laughable cope in mine and practically all others' experience, tretinoin would be something i'd avoid entirely and replace with accutane, which is surrounded by misinformation and side effect exaggeration as OP already highlighted.

As for sun-exposure and SPF, this is arguably the most important element of looksmax (anti-aging). SPF should be prioritised by all, yet many primal niggers will tell you sun damage is a myth (JFL). Denying that this forum is extremely contradictory is a questionable take, the reality is you just have to take into account what you learn here, and DYOR.

I've seen positive results from aqualyx here I think it's a 50/50 but still an option people can try nonetheless

Usually the middle ground is correct

Accutane has bad side effects when you take high doses prescribed by doctors. Loads of studies show low dose is just as effective and has no major side effects (other than dry hair, skin, lips)

Just low dose it 10mg or so

Do both, yeh sugar is bad ofc and too many carbs and processed foods.

IMO keto diet is ideal, not carnivore.

Lol the picture of the lorry driver who had aged skin on one side of his face (window side) and not the other is all you need to know that the UV is bad for your skin.

Yeh a little bit of sun helps with mitochondria repair.
Just supplement vitamin d3, it's very important and most are deficient, wear SPF outside. Take NMN when older if you want mitochondrial benefits.

A tan either natural or from carotenoids or MT2 is attractive if you're pale white. If darker it's not needed.

Also take NAC, milk thistle, melatonin 3g for liver protection if accutane still scares you
