And to achieve it do you migrate to another city?
Change job? Change friends?
Do you change your name too?
Do you tell your partner about it or do you avoid LTRs?
You still have old photos in your documents. They'd probably find out.

Surgeries for health conditions are socially accepted and are not seen as “cheating”- frauding”

So basically almost every procedure is explainable with a fake “breathing issues”.
In case of Hair Transplant just say you had an hormonal disfunction and now it’s fixed.

Make up a medical excuse, for example if it's a nose job say you had a deviated septum and struggled to breathe.

Surgery casts are usually taken off in 1-2 weeks, So if you live with other people, save up enough money on top of the surgery to book a cheap hotel room for a week or two and live like a king. If you still have bruising or etc, use fakeup to hide it

grow a beard and hair. and then after surgery get a buzzcut and shave your beard. also lose weight.

this all 3 things make others believe it's about style changes, not by surgery.

ps : i'm assuming you don't get some dramatic changes like eppley implants.

just do it before a big change in your life and in the transitional stage between highschool and university for instance. By far the best way to go about it. Cant get away with it during highschool though trust me dont make the mistake of trying it will make the rest of your time there miserable especially at your relatively young age at that time. Try to get all of the major ones done when your in uni.
