How AROMATASE INHIBITORS are you guys running?

I'm using .25 mg 3 x a week I heard too much aromatase inhibits muscle growth but you need it to grow taller I'm past that stage now so I'm just using it to prevent estrogen conversion

I find it if ur e2 is slightly above normal 1 mg of arimidex a week makes it just average within reference range

exemestane works the same even in 2.5mg doses and in the low doses it has no side effects like suppression of libido

Ok makes sense bro I used to run adex 1mg couple times per week on cycle but it used to crash my e2 now I'm using a lower dose of .25 mg
