It's a samsung feature called secure folder, basically creates a folder with duplicate apps allowing you to have a different account on those apps while still remaining logged in on your main app. I added a passcode and made a macro to close it whenever i double press the side button. People can only acces it with the code and you can rename the folder to anything you want mine is called documents to blend in.
