I'm not sure where the limit is for lifts, maybe 3 inches or something

A lot. In the us I have literally the exact average girl height. So by adding an inch to my height I become taller than several girls on a daily basis, it feels much better.

3cms isn't gonna be noticeable regardless of how tall the back of your shoes are (I forgot the word in English)

it's basically free real estate for 5-10%iles
