Softmaxxing absolutely, but ascending with surgery and actual gym treatment + esoteric methods? Nah. There are areas of improvement... fenugreek and red clover for breast enlargement, lengthening puberty, vacuums for an actual flat navel (or not round navel, at least + high volume ab work for slight spot reduction (still takes fat from your body, but it works) and messing with hormones are the things that come to mind that none of the foids would ever do seriously.
