How bad does ptosis have to be to be an actual issue

In back camera i have ptosis in my left eye its fucking up my eyelids by a couple milliters and making my canthal tilt a bit more neutral than my right

This is only in the back camera though and i cant tell in front camera unless i use inverted filter, which causes my whole head to look asymmetrical

In mirror too its not bad to me but idk

Is this normal or do ppl really think i look as asymmetrical and bad as in my back camera
