How bad growing up obese nerd you. Does it at all?

When I was young u can tell I was gonna grow up mogger then I got rly obese for the prime puberty years now idk if I could have grown to my potential?

obesity stunts growth plate closure, increasing prolactin & killing your sex hormones. so your puberty would be "longer". but yes obesity can make all the bone mass go to ur body instead of ur face.

Depends on the person. I grew up fat throughout middle school and hs and I grew the tallest in my family at 191cm, my father is 173cm and mother 158cm. Genetics truly are random. I did practice sports though, mainly martial arts.
I have good robust bones that are partly genetic due to my father and both grandfathers being high HTNs to low Chadlite's in their prime plus practicing mewing and thumbpulling since I was like 14 (mewing) and 16 (thumbpulling)
