How bad is 0.5 ES ratio?

I already realised that mine is prob same as your ratio or less.

It is heavily dependent on the pics and not easy to measure. For example here my esr and ipd look almost ideal- ideal. But in selfies or in some pics i look dolphincell like in second pic
