yeah i do my bigonal width is 96% my chin to philtrum is 2.9 my jaw inclination is 6degrees compared to my eye area and my fwhr is 1.96

Actual midface length? Yes a bit (although lens distortion is definitely exacerbating it), especially in relation to your vertically stunted microscopic lower third, but your IPD is rather wide so your midface ratio turns out to be high.

i didnt get it my wide ipd give illusion of long midface sometimes and yes my mandible lack vertical length which gives me slight sfs but which surgery would correct it? and i think i've good ipd, pfl gotten many compliments on my eye area from girls

yeah your lower third is lacking you have good bigonal width its lower third height I would advice to get chin implants

What I said is that your wide IPD makes your midface ratio HIGHER.

Chin implant will just make you look worse. You don't need more horizontal projection. If I were you I'd get a vertical lengthening genio and a rhino. Apply minox on eyebrows and of course do all of the normie softmaxxes and you should be good.
