balding is horrible for women because almost no women go bald so that makes her some kind of a freak
but at the same time, even with the bald on top hair on the sides look she would still smv mog every man in existence because she's a woman

It will be a lot harder for her as she approaches 30. Right now she's youthful and has a good body so many men will overlook. Hopefully for her sake she gets it fixed or finds a decent man that ticks her boxes and loves her flaws.
