How bad is it to push out comedones with a tweezer

I push them out with a tweezer on my face but I feel like it might do some damage even though it works to push the pus out

I do it on those small colorless bumps on my face

comedones aren't part of your skin and you won't bleed
dermas do this but charge alot

Does your skin also get red and looks indented and bad a bit after

sometimes the comedones turn into whiteheads I feel

barely noticable but using a needle should work but so will acutane.
use a microneedling pen to fix those scars when your done

yeah honestly I couldnt take photo of my own because of it because how hard it is to see but I am a dumbass and want them completely smooth

best thing I can do is avoid touching my skin unless its a whitehead

if its your forhead then cover it with hair
makeup works as well but we are going to have to cope until we are old enough for accutane

I use bb cream anyways that helps maybe I will use pore blurring primer but my parents aint tryna get me to use accutane since tretinoin fixed most of issues

accutane works but these small irregularities come back usually
