It won't be noticeable to most IRL but give it a couple of months and it will.

200 hundred is excessive though

I have 2 positive things for you. First is the less hair you have the less hair will fall. Second is, your hair will stop falling out soon... when you will be bald :lul:

I don't know man. If your hair is wet, it's not bad. Your hair is long so it's hard to judge. Only you can judge by comparing your hair to your hair few months ago. If you didn't do it on purpose, your crown is visible now, but it can be because you style your hair that way.

In my opinion your hair seems long and you're using another style.
But if you're loosing 200 hairs you're balding.

200 is a lot. You will get bald in under a year.

Why aren't you using topilutamide / Eucapil yet?

I stopped shedding in 3 days using it. Mine wasn't that severe though, only around 25 per shower (reduced now to 5). The leaflet of Eucapil recommends reducing showering, so now I do 2-3 per week.

Roiding significantly increases shedding in my case, but with Eucapil it's good even on roids.

On the big 4?

Have legit never heard of those 2 things, and I've been an avid follower on the hairloss forums. I'll look into it

On the big 4?
Nah, my hairloss was triggered by accutane so I'm not sure what the root cause is. I think it's inflammation but I could be wrong. I'm on immuno-suppressants which might be working

You only use eucapil?

You only use eucapil?

I tried Eucapil, minox and the "neogenesis serum" with valproic acid, but only the first one works.

Actually, lowering testosterone through diet and endurance training also worked, but I don't want to follow this route.

I'm currently trying topical Eucapil, oral Minoxidil and needling + valproic acid 2 times per week.
Eucapil is proven, it stopped my shedding and very quickly.
Topical Minox didn't, despite using it for good 3 years, so I'm switching to oral Minox 5mg/day and we'll see.
I've used valproic acid only for 2 months so far, so it's too early to talk about any results.

TLDR: Eucapil stopped my shedding, but I'm still looking for ways to regrow.

Why no fin tho?

Start dermapen and finasteride asap. 200 hairs per day is a lot. Try ketoconazol shampoo twice per week too, it will help.

Why no fin tho?

Because Eucapil works better with no sides.

Fin blocks DHT but leaves T, and T causes shedding too. Also, fin works systemic, that means it blocks DHT everywhere, incl. brain which is not good.

In comparison, topilutamide blocks DHT and T as well and doesn't go systemic. So it's stronger than fin, with less sides.

get on fin/dut asap
