doesnt look too bad tbh, do you have an underbite?
also your chin is great.
I appreciate reply, nah I don’t have underbite. Only deep overbite, a cross bite, and an overjet. Deep tear trophs too. Is there anything I can improve ?

Your forward growth is compromised and maxilla is severely recessed from what I can tell looking at the second image. Your downward growth is fine tho i think

fuck. I talk to ortho and they said my maxilla is fine. Do I consult with surgeon? I snore at night so maybe sleep apnea like father

where do you live? go to a private practice or a different clinic
Bay area of California. I’m in current treatment to fix overbite. He doesn’t listen for shit though. Parents freak out when I say I want them to consult a premaxilofacial surgeon

honestly your situations kinda cooked, wait until you’re 18 or tell your parents how much better your life would be and try to convince them
keep good habits to prevent further recession while you’re still growing

I mean I don’t think anyone would willing do a lefort 2 on me, no? I could get away with a bimax

that’s true. do you think lefort 2 can be covered by insurance ? or how a fat graft under eye would look
i think just try to fix your maxilla first - your infraorbitals may just fix themselves
if you decide to fat graft under the eyes and have no support, the fat can migrate downwards

I thought that shit only happened with fillers.

Do I make parents consult maxilofacial surgeon?

Also wtf do I do about my ortho? Can’t keep wearing the rubber bands

fat migrates with age it moves down due gravity and builds up where the fascia ends
if you want to improve your maxilla, you should consult a surgeon
consult your dentist about the ortho
