How bad is my overbite?

I have an overbite and I'm sick of jutting irl so I just want it fixed, I have three options (no surgery)

1. Forsus appliance
2. Herbst appliance
3. Elastics

Ive heard they all recess maxilla. I really just want my overbite fixed so which one would be best? (have the least downsides).

Also I would like to know if my maxilla is bad average or good because i can't tell for shit.

I researched a way which in theory should fix my overbite without me getting appliances and other shit just natural stuff imma post results and the technique if it actually works, should work for all ages too you might be a little reccesed btw how old i got a technique to fix reccesion(in theory) if young
