I’m getting custom double jaw surgery with sliding genio + zygomatic implants in August. I started Invisalign and they have offered me a marpe cause I’ve got a narrow palate. However I am thinking of adding segmental lefort to it instead of doing Marpe to widen my palate/ maxilla for tongue and in general help mid face aesthetics. Do u guys think I should get a marpe or do segmental lefort
