It can be fixed with a ravitch surgery but it's madness imo.
Or a big ass silicone implant but the problem will still be there

I would suggest reconsidering surgery bro, just take your time with it you know, I was also scared of LL when I first read about but now I am ready for it having processed it in my mind (although your surgery sounds more brutal, I have faith you will make it)
