Your chin has no projection whatsoever and you have too much upperlid exposures. This can all be easily fixed with just fillers. Other than that, your side profile is fine.

Get upper eyelid fillers.

Major failos:

Extreme UEE
Shit Frontonasal angle (bad browridge)
Recessed chin

Minor failo:

Nose tip too high which makes the columella look weird


Get genio first, then UEE fillers, then botox to lower the eyebrow, then maybe brow ridge implant

projected his chin forwards, made his nose straight, gave him a browridge, lowered his eyebrows and made his eyes vertically narrow.

i didn't change his ramus, i protruded his chin.
only gave him slight bit more browridge. left his lips alone.
only changed the top and bottom part of the nose.
eyes can prob be changed through fillers and orbital decompression.

only unrealistic thing is prob that i changed the eyebrow shape
