supplement properly, water fasting is safe only that way and properly break it.

Dry fasting is honestly fucking retarded so avoid it

It's not bad as long as you're getting proper nutrients. If you're trying to reach an ideal weight or bf% you probably will have to count calories and fast to a degree here and there.

Doing it regularly will just lead to muscle deterioration.
 
It s bad only if you eat carbs regularly , your body will go into massive stress
 
Fasting is good for you but severe calorie restriction is retarded because it lowers your androgen levels. If you wanna get lean lift weights and eat at a moderate deficit with intermittent fasting, this is much better for hormones and health and the added bonus of your body looking better too instead of just your face

would still recommend to supplement it regardless tbh just to be safe. You may feel like shit without it if you are new to water fasting.

Not ideal during puberty, fasting and carbohydrates restriction lowers active thyroid hormone t3, which is needed for production of steroid hormones (testosterone, progesterone, dhea). If you want to stay lean, focus instead on increasing metabolism.

It's actually good for you. Just like skipping breakfast. These are all good things. You help your organs regenerate. Only fat fucks on Murican TV will tell you skipping meals is unhealthy.

If you are just the average person, who wants to lose some bf and realistically doesnt care about strength or muscles, ye its good. But you wanna be lean and muscular not just lean.
