How bad is oral minoxidil bloat

I'm about to take my first pill but all these stories of water retention are scaring me off, is it really that bad. For the first time my zygos are actually looking good and I have hollows, but at the same time I need to fraud my hair everyday because of how insanely thin it is. It's over if that gets exposed.

I'd also like to assume aldosterone unrelated to oral minox decreases throughthe night? Like cortisol?

A little with 2,5 but others cant see the difference but when i tried 5 mg for a few weeks it was really obvious that my face was getting bloated. Also heard it is better to take in the morning to get less bloated I just take them before sleeping though.
