I was very popular throughtout school until 16, then isolated myself for almost 2 years rotting, and I got another gf and i make friends easily

there are also reports of monks in isolation for 40 years that are completely normal

Mirin, it will not affect your facial development unless as Goat said, ur T levels are not normal, or something severe occured. Normally nothing will happen. Otherwise it canhowever have severe effects on mental health.
