People with acne/acne scars are meant to eat a diet like our ancestors did. There are multiple studies on this how acne doesn't exist in tribal people but it starts happening in the city dwelling descendeds of those people. Its strange tho, i think its the pesticides in food thats the culprit

I plan on getting that as well, few sessions at that to fade it completely, at least 90%. Thankfully i don't have much true scars, some icepick scars on cheeks but the PIE is much worse failo imo
Never really struggled with acne, however i struggled with super oily skin. Is there a correlation between oily skin, especially on nose, blackheads etc, and acne?
Be careful though with the laser. Try to space out ur sessions at least 4-8 weeks to let it heal. I made the mistake of having one too soon after another and it gave me hypopigmentation(white spots) at the spot it was treated. Luckily it’s going away but takes time. You don’t want more problems
