How long is your jaw? Usually rather long jaws don’t have a ramus. You can try chewing and seeing it that helps

my lower third is recessed man
mandible maxilla and my chin isn’t recessed but it could be more projected
i need trimax tbh
my zygos are pretty good though so maybe losing weight will help a little but ill still be recessed

It’s a bad failo that’s easily fixable. If you have short ramus chances are you need Trimax + Maybe gonial implants if you want it. Assuming you are down grown slightly it may be optimal to get CCW rotation and infra and Supraorbital implants. Which in total is around 50K

Oh yeah also if you don’t want Infras and Supras you can just get cantho. It will make your eyes look good even if you have shallow set eyes. Bug eye’s should get it tho

Good thing about Trimax is there is a lot you can do to get BiMax covered by insurance. For genioplasty however you will need to get that on your own
