But the problem is my lower jaw is behind my upper and you see how when I smile my skin and nose retracts backward weirdly

mine cover my lower incisors when I smile too but my teeth aren’t retroclined

My jaws look very fucked up in smile relation ,I think this would be a classic sfs case that can be fixed with cw downgraft djs or ccw downgraft djs based on my current occlusonal plane?

in cases that require it. If you dont have skeletal malocclusion you can most likely do lefort only. If you do, then bsso obviously.

if you have a skeletal overbite, then lefort downgraft, bsso, and if your occlusal plane needs cw rotation then genio also to compensate. Good luck. Go to a surgeon, dont ask here.

I just have wide zygos but that doesn’t go well with my fucked lower third
