Yes, steroids will have side effects on your body regardless of dosing or how many preventative measures you're taking. How bad are the effects? It depends, do you plant to live past the age of 70? Then may don't. Are you okay with living an average and moderately healthy life? Then don't worry about it as long as you're doing it safely.

If I were you I would get my blood checked every 3 to 6 months, to see if your hormones and liver enzymes are doing okay, you want to catch any side effects as early as possible and adjust accordingly.
