Your lower third is above average in bone mass which is a positive thing, the problem is your mid face is too short and that throws off your harmony

Idk how lean you are but perhaps if you lean out some more your jaw will gain more angularity

If you're already very lean then there's not much you can do to fix this other than reducing your jaw size as that's way easier than increasing your mid face size (the true problem)
