How big can a custom jaw implant be?

So I'm getting a custom jaw implant after quarantine because when I bite down its recessed but I don't just want a regular implant I want a huge jaw and strong bone structure illusion from the side as well like the guy in pic below.

I have good gonial angle when jutting but nowhere near big enough what I desire.

The angularity often looks off with implants that's the only issue i see tbqh
