i guess ur right chud. Either way if i stop doing the exercises or whatever i need to do for it, it will go back down to its original size. Not going to waste my cortisol on it, i dont even have a gf or wife. Maybe then if I wanted to I could do something but its futile.

be patient and have good habbits, if ur in ur 20s though yeah just get orthodontic shit done. Im not considering any surgery that will alter my bone structure until im like 20/21.

i do 15k steps a day would cardio mog that cuz its not intense enough? tbf i do lift heavy though. I just do steps cuz they burn fat so keeps me lean

Any high intensity cardio exercise you enjoy (or dislike the least),

But for sprints Its best to do 20-30 seconds all out sprints, rest 60-120 seconds and repate 6-10 times
