I think I'll just cover out. My ears are pretty big and I already have long hair but i like to put hair behind ears or cut mullet type hair. The fact that my nose is huge and chin is small makes them look even bigger but they are too big. such many failos... i will probably leave them alone tho and just get rhino and genio. my jaw and maxilla is fine.

i wont get that its too expensive for not much looks improvement a subhuman with smaller ears isnt that much better than one with big xD

They can be an issue. In my case it is definitely needed. Big earlobes are a major failure cause it gives Rowan Atkinson vibes. A lot of pakistani, indians and middle eastern in general have this in common. Europeans (white phenos) especially the models have less meaty type ears. Your ears should match your skull size and keep in mind to get rid of big earlobes asap.

Otoplasty is very cheap and easy to fix

Rhinoplasty and Otoplasty are almost always worth it and make a huge difference. Pretty easy fixes too, those surgeries are common.
