You cannot have nct and hunter eyes, hunter eyes as in the PSL concept imply PCT, in fact this is the most distinctive trait that predator animals and humans share and absolutely needed to have that intimidating stare.

But aside from that to answer op it depends on the severity; a slight NCT is manageable but a very pronounced one is a legit death sentence.
Either case it's still a pretty big failo unfortunately.

His canthal tilt doesn't help in making his face look unique, his jaw does more tbh, in fact his nct is relatively offset by his brows so it doesn't stand out much, his scleral show also seems to play a bigger role since it makes him looks high which is good for JB appeal (same with lorenzo zurzolo).

But either way it's bad, it's even worse, you don't want to look unique in a negative way, looking unique in a negative way = "uhh he looks so weird"
Otherwise most LF3 patients does indeed look unique.

I had a compliment my NCT eyes like 2 hours ago lmao. But they are only very slightly NCT + I have very good colouring contrast for my eyes - blue eyes and quite tanned skin, and I have little UEE - But big NCT is a problem

how is your hooding? I have normal canthal tilt with negative hooding and in some pictures it can loom extremely subhuman
