How big of a failo is vitiligo on a man?

I mean non-segmental so not those huge patches, but small spots. Compare it to more normal failos (long nose, no chin, bug eyes, etc) and place it on the level of severity you see fit. Also at what PSL can you overcome the vitiligo tax (similar to overcoming the curry tax where you have to overcompensate but obviously harder)
